Although there was no snow down in Twin Falls, we decided to risk it, rent skis, and drive up to the mountains. We got a little nervous as we got closer and closer and didn't see any snow, but suddenly there were a couple feet of it. We skied for a couple hours and ate lunch on the trail. We are thinking we just need to buy some cross country skis, its nice that we don't have to pay for a lift ticket or to use the trails.
On our way back down we saw a bunch of peacocks on the roof of a barn (???).
P.s. We also saw an ermine
