Visitors

My grandma, aunt, mom, and sister were here for a visit! Asher loved having all the ladies adoring him and was very cheesy most the time. We went to visit a few new cities around Spokane and best of all Asher got to go swimming in the indoor pool at the resort my grandma and aunt were staying at.

10 Months

I'm a little late on this post, but better late than never! Asher is wigglier than ever now (as you can see, he didn't want to sit still in the pictures). He crawls all over the house finding little things he can put in his mouth and making sure that I'm always within his sight. He is very good at pulling himself up and is getting better at sitting back down. He has tried a few little steps while holding on to things, but mostly prefers just to bounce his little bum up and down while he stands in one place.(Sorry about the sideways pictures, I can't seem to figure out how to rotate them)

Parks & Picnics

With the warm weather and Austin out of school for the next week, we have been able to go on a few (mild) adventures with Asher. On Mother's day we went to a park in the afternoon. It was nice and cool in the shade and Asher loved crawling in the grass and picking it. This afternoon we went on a picnic to a little wooded area near the Spokane River. Asher had fun exploring the sticks and  pine needles in the dirt (and of course wanted to put them all in his mouth) and he even had a little dip in the river with dad (just his feet for right now :)
