Leif is two months old now! I didn't get the greatest pictures of him because I waited until later in the afternoon when the sun was starting to go down and the light wasn't very good anymore. Oh well, he is still cute :) Leif continues to be a very sweet and mellow guy. In the last week or so he has been demanding to eat even when he just ate 30 minutes ago. He must be going through a growth spurt. I hope so- we went to the doctor for his 2 month check up today and Leif weighed in at a whopping 9 lbs 13 oz (which is only the 6th percentile for babies his age). He is at the 67th percentile for height: just a skinny, tall guy. I'm sure he'll chunk up here pretty soon. Asher was skinny for the first few months, but got really fat by 4 months. (Speaking of Asher, he went to the doctor too for his 18 month check up and he is at the 95th percentile for height and 87th for weight).
Leif is starting to be more and more social. He loves to smile and coo at us and he does something we call "running away from home". Basically, he just kicks his legs and bats his hands around to get some exercise. You can use this link to youtube to see a video of him running away from home.

Asher is very loving with his brother, although he gets a little rough. Leif has had quite a few things thrown at his head as Asher tries to play with him. He also likes to rub his head and rock him. This link is for a video of them interacting from a few weeks ago.
