Father/Son Campout
Austin took the boys on a father/son campout this weekend. I though he was crazy to take a 2 year old and 1 year old, but he didn't want either of them to miss out on the fun, so he braved it. The boys really liked the tent, or as Asher calls it "the fort", and they liked cooking their food over a fire. The came back to me the next day very tired and smelling like campfire, but they had a good time. Here are a few of the photos that Austin took of them while also managing a campsite and trying to keep two silly boys semi-clean and alive.

How fun, what a great father/son activity!! Keely I hope you are were able to have some relaxing alone time!! =)
ReplyDeleteIt was really weird to have them gone, but I did get the house nice and clean then I worked on a sewing project that has been ignored for months, read a book, and watched a movie while eating a huge bowl of ice cream. It was quite enjoyable :)
